🇪🇸 Pianista profesional (Hamburgo, Alemania) ¿Qué aprecio de los cursos en La Puebla de Cazalla? El sentido de comunidad, la conexión entre el baile, la guitarra y el canto, y la integración de la práctica con la teoría.

En los cursos de guitarra y canto, aprendemos el “palo” que también se practica en el curso de baile, por lo que el objetivo de los cursos es conectar estos elementos. Los guitarristas acompañan el baile y pueden aplicar de inmediato el contenido del curso. Para mí, como pianista que explora el piano flamenco, el canto y el acompañamiento de baile, la participación en estos cursos es de gran valor. Comprender bien el canto es importante, por ejemplo, para acompañarlo. Además, encuentro que la organización de los cursos, incluidas las ofertas asociadas como traslados al aeropuerto, preferencias de alojamiento y tener a alguien disponible para preguntas en cualquier momento, ¡está excepcionalmente bien hecha! Se hace un gran énfasis en garantizar que cada participante se sienta cómodo y obtenga la mayor experiencia posible. Se hacen esfuerzos para asegurarnos de que nosotros, como participantes, experimentemos el ambiente del festival y asistamos a numerosas actuaciones. Fuera del festival, se organizan excursiones a actuaciones flamencas interesantes. Los cursos no solo se centran en aprender coreografías, sino también en obtener una comprensión completa del flamenco.

Dado que todos estamos juntos en este hermoso pueblo, participantes y profesores por igual, siempre hay oportunidad de intercambio. ¡Incluso más allá de los cursos, se pueden hacer preguntas y discutir temas interesantes del flamenco! En general, ¡es una experiencia muy impactante! Y no hay que olvidar: ¡el refrescante baño en la hermosa piscina después de esforzarnos en la clase de baile, simplemente encantador! ∞

🇬🇧 Professional Pianist (Hamburg, Germany) What I appreciate about the courses in La Puebla de Cazalla? The sense of community, the connection between dance, guitar, and singing, and the integration of practice with theory.

In the guitar and singing courses, we learn the “palo” that is also practiced in the dance course, so the goal of the courses is to connect these elements. Guitarists accompany the dance and can immediately apply the course content. For me, as a pianist exploring Flamenco piano, singing, and dance accompaniment, participation in these courses is of great value. Understanding the singing well is important, for example, to accompany it. Additionally, I find the organization of the courses, including associated offerings such as airport transfers, accommodation preferences, and having someone available for questions at any time, to be exceptionally well done! There is a strong emphasis on ensuring that every participant feels comfortable and gains as much experience as possible. Efforts are made to ensure that we, as participants, experience the ambiance of the festival and attend numerous performances. Outside the festival, trips to interesting Flamenco performances are arranged. The courses not only focus on learning choreographies but also on gaining a comprehensive understanding of Flamenco.

Since we are all together in this beautiful village, participants and teachers alike, there is always an opportunity for exchange. Even beyond the courses, questions can be asked, and interesting Flamenco topics can be discussed! Overall, it’s a very impactful experience! And not to forget: the refreshing swim in the beautiful pool after exerting ourselves in the dance class, simply delightful! ∞

🇩🇪 Professionelle Pianistin (Hamburg, Deutschland) Was ich an den Kursen in La Puebla de Cazalla schätze? Das Miteinander, die Verbindung zwischen Tanz, Gitarre und Gesang, die Ergänzung der Praxis mit der Theorie. 

In den Gitarrenkursen und im Gesangskurs wird der Palo gelehrt, der auch im Tanzkurs praktiziert wird und so ist das Ziel der Kurse diese Elemente zu verbinden. Die Gitarristen begleiten den Tanz und können den Kursinhalt gleich umsetzen.
Für mich als Pianistin, die sich mit Flamencoklavier, Gesangs- und Tanzbegleitung beschäftigt ist die Teilnahme an den Kursen von hohem Wert. Denn um zum Beispiel den Gesang zu begleiten, ist es wichtig, den Gesang gut zu kennen. Außerdem empfinde ich die Organisation der Kurse mit allen damit verbundenen Angeboten wie z.B. Transfer von und zum Flughafen, Eingehen auf bestimmte Wünsche, was die Unterkunft angeht, jederzeit bei Fragen Ansprechpartner zu haben, als außerordentlich gelungen! Es wird viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass sich jeder Teilnehmer wohl fühlt und so viel wie möglich als Erfahrung mitnimmt. Es wird dafür gesorgt, dass wir Teilnehmer das Ambiente des Festivals und zahlreiche Aufführungen miterleben und auch außerhalb des Festivals Fahrten zu interessanten Flamencoaufführungen werden ermöglicht. Bei den Kursen geht es außer dem Erlernen von Choreografien um ein umfassenderes Verständnis des Flamencos. 

Da wir alle zusammen in diesem wunderschönen Dorf sind, Teilnehmer und Lehrer, ist stets ein Austausch möglich und auch über die Kurse hinaus können Fragen gestellt werden und interessante Themen des Flamencos diskutiert werden! Also rundum ein sehr prägendes Erlebnis! Und nicht zu vergessen: die Abkühlung im wunderschönen Schwimmbad nach der Verausgabung im Tanzkurs, einfach herrlich! ∞
